This pre-release notice describes the app being prepared for launch. Operator details, a monitored support contact, hosting providers and final retention disclosures must be completed before the public service opens.
This website serves its own fonts and artwork, with no advertising or analytics trackers. Standard hosting request logs may be processed by the hosting provider.
The app uses Apple or Google sign-in. Saved writing, bookmarks, reading progress, activity logs, garden growth and preferences sync with your account. An account-specific local cache supports offline use. Your selected city, approximate location and prayer settings sync; live compass readings stay on your device. Export or delete records through the app. Deleting the app does not delete an account or cancel a subscription.
Companion is a Plus feature powered by OpenAI after permission. Requests include your situation, chosen context cards, relevant source passages and same-session follow-ups, without account email or sign-in identifiers. Unsaved companion text is configured for deletion after 24 hours; saved writing remains until deleted. Provider retention is separate; see OpenAI data controls. The free sample is prewritten and makes no live AI request.
Free accounts may see a clearly labeled Google AdMob native image/text ad lower on Today. Plus does not request or display ads. Reading, prayer tools, Companion, widgets and notifications have no ad placements. Requests are non-personalized and exclude private writing, prayer activity, mood, precise location and topic histories. Google’s SDK may still process identifiers, IP addresses, ad interactions and diagnostics. See Google's use of information from partner apps.
Google's consent system refreshes consent information and shows a form when required before ads are requested. Advertising privacy choices are available in More → Privacy & safety, including for Plus. Ad reports send the ad response ID and reason unsuitable to DeenDay, associated with your account, without private writing. Privacy choices do not restrict free reading or prayer features. Purchases use Apple or Google and RevenueCat for subscription verification.
